1. To be able to look skinnier when I go to beach , which I have after 5 months
2. To look pretty in femine dresses .
3. To show tht I look pretty to the boys who ditched me n played with my feelings .
4. To avoid fights at home , which always occur when I eat .
5. To be able to score well in my exams , which is after 9 months ig .
6. To be skinnier thn my frnds .
7. To be skinnier thn my brother .
8. To win the running competition n lose one girl .
9. To get first prize in cross country race , which is in December.
10. To fit in my jeans without feeling nauseous / uncomfortable .
11. To talk to guys without any prblms .
12. To make my haters jealous from me .
13. To proof the ones who told me fat n threw paper on me tht I can pretty .
14. To not be called fat .
15. To make it below 35 kg , ie , 70 pounds ig . Currently I’m 100 pounds .
16. To make myself confident at stage .
17. To not rely on my mask whenever I go out .
18. To look myself at the mirror n get crush over me .
19. To not get those aching stomach .
20. To not be told to stop eating .
21. To wear tank tops without any discomfort .
22. To make others feel tht I should be taken serious . ( No one takes me seriously )

There are a lot of people who say “just eat a fruit” when you are HUNGRY. It sure works. But there is a lot of people (like me) that when they eat something, they eat everything in the house:´) And I get really frustrated when I loose control and binge.
So I just made a little list <3
- Sleep
- Clean your room
- MASTURBATE (it really works)
- Take a shower
- Take a walk
- Go for a drive
- Drink tea
- RELAX
- Drink water
- Do homework
- Go shopping
- Be with/talk to friends
- Eat something low kcal
- Watch a movie/Play games
